Rise Partners was founded in 2008 by Michael Romanek. Michael has worked in international finance for over 30 years and prior to launching Rise Partners was Director of Alternative Investments for Fortis Bank's

Merchant Banking Division.

 

Funding sources include a global mix of direct-lending & private debt funds, specialist bank desks, family offices and institutional financing entities.

 

Geographic focus is Pan-Europe and Pan-North America with selected projects in other jurisdictions. Primary debt deals are generally comprised of mid-market corporate financing and commercial-property transactions.

 

Deal sizes generally range between USD 10 - 200 million and include public and private, sponsored and non-sponsored companies across a wide range of sectors.
